Saturday Fee

Private fee of $75 for everyone, including Pensioners, Health Care Card Holders and Children

Appointments from 5.15pm onwards M-F are billed as per private fee.
No Bulk Billing

Missed Appointments
A fee of $25 is charged for missed appointments and late cancellations (less than 2 hours). Giving adequate notice of cancellation enables us to offer the appointment to another patient.

Consultations
Are by appointment only. Should you require a longer consultation ( more than 15 minutes) this can be arranged by informing the receptionist when making the appointment. Where ever possible we aim to give you the doctor of your choice. However, if this is not possible we will accomodate you the best we can.

Telephone Access to Doctors
We try to provide telephone access to the doctors whenever possible, but on most occasions the doctors will need to return your calls at the end of their morning or afternoon session.

Repeat Prescriptions & Referrals
A small fee of $25 will be charged for repeat prescriptions and referrals.
In some instances if you have not been seen recently by your doctor, or depending on the prescription, you will need to make an appointment.
